More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
